Efecto natural wood aplicado sobre soporte

It is an effect that protects and maintains the natural appearance of wood, both in tonality and in touch sensation.

The application of the process following the guidelines of the notes that we describe in the process, is important for the achievement of the result.

NATURAL WOOD EFFECT PROCESS

Step 1: Preparation of the support
Application of a layer of 85 – 110 g/m2 of Natural Primer (ref. AO-1059), dillute with PUR sol between 30 – 50 %. Let dry 80’ at 20 °C.
Step 2: Sanding
Softly sanding to reduce the repelling.
Step 3: Natural wood topcoat (light woods)
Application of one layer of 80 – 100 g/m2 of the Clear Wood Topcoat (ref. AP-1251) mixed with a 10 % of reactive (ref. RP-045) and dilluted with PUR solvent between 20 – 30 %.
Step 4: Natural wood topcoat (dark woods)
When being dark woods such as walnut, sapelly, wengué, it is convenient to apply a layer of 80 – 100 g/m2 of the Clear Wood Topcoat (ref. AP-1254) mixed with a 10 % of reactive (ref. RP-045) and dilluted with PUR solvent between 20 – 30 %.
